Topnotch Resort, Stowe

Our stay at the resort was quite mixed. While the views were fantastic and the area felt beautiful, numerous issues overshadowed our experience. The room was disappointing with broken amenities and noise disruptions, and dining left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the overall value didn't match the price we paid.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, especially for our family celebration. The staff were truly exceptional, making us feel at home and going out of their way to assist. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy with beautiful views, but the dining experience left much to be desired, particularly at the pub restaurant. While the spa facilities were top-notch, the overall service in dining was disappointing, indicating there's room for improvement.

However, my spa experience was marred by poor customer service when my massage started late, which affected the value of that service.
